12-foot aggressive shark spotted off West Oahu beach

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A shark advisory was put into effect on West Oahu’s shores after a shark was spotted on Saturday, Ocean Safety officials said.
Officials said a 12-foot aggressive shark was observed swimming 100 yards off Makaha Beach.
Signs have been posted.
Always check with a lifeguard for the latest beach and ocean conditions.
Warning signs have been posted throughout the beach.
